‘Roots and Routes’- Budapest
Roots and Routes Budapest,
The reason why my rooms a mess,
Intense !!– 11 hours a day we rehearse and devise,
But i can safely say i’ve grown to love you guys,
Apart from the 1 or 2 that i despise,
(Pause) I’m Only joking,
But this experience has been so thought provoking,
Turn to my left seeing twists and twirls,
Move to the right, hearing music that make my toes curl,
Made by people from all over the world,
Ava described the universal language to be creativity-that’s the word!
I heard so many beautiful accents and languages,
In between eating fish finger sandwiches,
From French to German to Swedish to Hungarian,
You could catch me behind a corner spying learning them,
Hoyg Vagy and Kosonom,
Hungarians looking at me confused like i’m cussing them,
An experience to appreciate and one that has to be lived!
I definitely feel blessed and privileged,
To have been here,
To have my contest with Ben where we stare,
To have learnt and gained all these new qualities,
Not to mention to have woken up every morning to Bread and cheese!
But really,
Thank you Budapest and Roots and Routes for making this journey so beautiful,
And for making the insane but Amazing Aaron feel mentally neutral!
