Its vision is to empower diverse artistic voices to address urgent social and environmental challenges, while building a more inclusive, vibrant cultural landscape in Cyprus. To this end, VV’s mission is to cultivate accessible spaces for artistic experimentation, multicommunal collaboration, and peace education.
It privileges co-creation and participatory practices, such as residencies, trainings, exhibitions, campaigns, conferences, and community-led projects.
VV’s approach is structured around 3 pillars:

VISUAL VOICES (VV) is a non-profit organisation based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Since 2018, we support socially engaged art practices and initiatives ifor social transformation in Cyprus and internationally.
