The project Art'n'Goat!, launched in Lille in September 2009, gave an opportunity to develop sustainable Milk products, and present and promote in mainstream festivals and markets between May and August 2011, a cluster of R&R best practice dishes cooking representing the richness of agricultural diversities within the R&R "family".
