Il progetto Art'n'Go, avviato a Lille nel settembre 2009 con il supporto del Programma Cultura della Commissione Europea, ha offerto l'opportunità di sviluppare un grappolo di creazioni originali significative della ricca diversità culturale della "famiglia" R&R, che sono state presentate e promosse in importanti festival tra maggio e agosto 2011.
Queste opere si basavano su spunti creativi e idee progettuali di alcuni tra i più motivati e attivi dei giovani artisti che hanno lavorato insieme nei precedenti progetti R&R, e che ora sono diventati autori, direttori e organizzatori del proprio lavoro.
I paesi partecipanti sono stati Ungheria, Romania, Italia, Germania, Francia, Paesi Bassi, Spagna, Grecia, Belgio e Regno Unito.
Uno dei principali nodi del progetto era il dialogo culturale tra Europa dell'Est e dell'Ovest. Per questo il progetto era coordinato da Sziget Kulturalis, la società che ogni anno ad agosto organizza a Budapest lo Sziget Festival, e che nella rete R&R svolge un importante compito di "ponte" verso l'Europa orientale.
