ROOTS & ROUTES ACADEMY
Also available in: English | Dutch | German

Many young urban music, dance and media talents who participated in the local and international R&R activities want to pursue an international professional career as an art coach, while their former coaches want to continue to develop the R&R method and their own capacities as coaches in intercultural co-operation with like-minded R&R coaches from other countries. Until now, there isn’t any formalized possibility to answer these demands. The R&R Academy wants to fill in this gap.

The R&R Academy is a two year international training programme (running in France, Germany, Hungary, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom) for a select group of coaches and talents who have the ambition to optimize their coaching skills and/or to work as a professional art coach. The R&R Transnational Academy will be organized on two levels:

A. Train-the-coaches: coaches that have worked in previous R&R projects will be trained in order to optimize their coaching skills

B. Talents-become-(junior)coaches: participants of R&R projects will be educated in coaching other R&R talents

The R&R Academy aims at developing new training methods, competence sets and skills for coaches and in non-formal training situations. The R&R Academy training program will also be directed at regular art school teachers so that they become better equipped to deal with a new type of student that requires a new type of education.

ROOTS&ROUTES Academy is funded by the EU programme LEONARDO DA VINCI

Natürlich nützt croppen was! Siehe z.B. Jam Karet 1 – Intro + Time will tell

oh gesehen

croppen nützt nichts sondern eher eine 4:3 version

Herr Baynaz! Croppen Sie doch mal die Letterbox-Balken vorm Upload, sonst sieht das doch auf Breitbild-Displays in Fullscreen aus wie Schafskot!
