Durante esta conferencia final se presentarán los resultados más destacados del proyecto Follow Up a los grupos destinatarios indirectos, externos a las actividades del proyecto. Académicos, directores de escuelas artísticas, educadores sociales y artistas intercambiarán experiencias e ideas con los participantes de Follow Up.

La conferencia acabará con una performance y la entrega del Certificado ROOTS & ROUTES a los jóvenes talentos que participaron en la Residencia Creativa del pasado mes de mayo.
