Από το 2001, διοργανώνει εργαστήρια, master calasses, συναυλίες και παραστάσεις, ανταλλαγές και προγράμματα κινητικότητας για νέους καλλιτέχνες της μουσικής, του χορού και των media, σε περισσότερες από 10 Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες.
