ROOTS & ROUTES scout, coacht en inspireert jongeren die talent hebben op het gebied van muziek, dans of media, en die de ambitie hebben om hier professioneel in te worden. ROOTS & ROUTES wil opkomend talent helpen om routes te vinden richting een bestaan als professioneel muzikant, danser of mediamaker. Wat de culturele of artistieke roots ook zijn. R&R werkt op internationaal niveau samen met verschillende culturele instellingen, podia, media instituties, kunstvakopleidingen, artiesten en andere organisaties die betrokken zijn bij talentontwikkeling.
