Roots&Routes Peer Coaches / The Roots&Routes Academy young dance, music and media artists are educated to become Peer Coaches for creative work with young people.
The first edition of the Roots&Routes Peer Coach education began wirh a two week Summer Academy at NRW-Landesmusikakademie Heek (
R&R Peer Coach Summer Academy Germany 2009), followed by practical field work. The Autumn Academy at
Akademie Remscheid is the final step in the theoretical part of the Peer Coach education.
The project Roots&Routes Peer Coaches is funded by the Aktion Mensch foundation and by the EU programme LEONARDO.
